Team Building Profiles and Assessments

Your organizational effectiveness can be strengthened through the use of profiling tools. Learn4Results facilitators are accredited to administer DiSC, MBTI and Genos Emotional Intelligence Profiles.

DiSC

disc  Everything DiSC is an online behavioural profiling tool used by millions globally each year, which comes from Wiley, one of the largest publishing companies in the world. It is the most accurate and research-validated profiling tool available today.

DiSC is an acronym for the four primary dimensions of behaviour;

    • Dominance – direct, results-oriented, strong-willed and forceful.
    • Influence – outgoing, enthusiastic, optimistic and lively.
    • Steadiness – even-tempered, accommodating, patient and humble.
    • Conscientiousness – analytical, reserved, precise and systematic.

Individuals complete a profile online to learn about their behavioural tendencies in a fully customised, user friendly report. This simple yet powerful model helps individuals understand themselves and others, saving time, energy, and money.

MBTI

mbti

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) instrument is a highly versatile solution that has helped millions of people around the world gain a deeper understanding of themselves and how they interact with others.

Through the creation of a common language to easily communicate the complexities of an individual’s personality, the MBTI® instrument provides the reliable insights you need to improve the performance of your people, teams and organisation. It supplies invaluable inputs for your ongoing team building, leadership and coaching, conflict management, career development and retention efforts.

Genos Emotional Intelligence

gei

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a behavioural model that provides a new way to understand and assess people’s behaviours, management styles, attitudes, interpersonal skills, and potential.

EQ has become increasingly relevant to organisational development and developing people, because it provides a concrete assessment about people’s awareness, control and management of their emotions, and those of other people. This knowledge has been identified as a key to enhanced individual and organisational performance.

It involves seven core emotional intelligence skills identified in their research on a wide variety of different models and measures of EI. We use the seven skills of our model to develop the productive being states on the outside of the model (Present, Empathy, Authenticity etc.), and to minimize the unproductive being states on the inside of it.

Enhanced emotional intelligence transforms entire organisations when applied to all levels and roles, or it can be used to improve individual business functions such as leadership, sales, and customer service.
